Philip Kramer Architect LLC is a Boston-area architecture firm primarily working with clients on single-family dwellings and with developers on small single- and multi-family dwellings. Typical projects are renovations, additions and new homes. We have taken many projects through design review, preservation/historical review and zoning approval processes in local cities and towns.

We work very closely with our clients, and along with our focus on design, we consider sustainability, energy usage, materials, function, buildability, cost control and accessible and universal design.

We have longstanding relationships with general contractors, structural and civil engineers, landscape architects and other consultants.

We have done projects all over New England and have done design consultations on projects in Asia and Australia.
